Please read! This is the information for the last tournaments of the season:
Feb 5/6 Kamiak HS, Mukilteo WA: Deadline to sign up is Wednesday, Jan 27
Feb 23 (Tuesday) Edmonds Home School Resource Center, Edmonds WA: Deadline to sign up is Wednesday, Feb 3rd. Anyone can attend as long as their grades are in good standing, have paid all dues, and have not already received a bid to state at Mt Vernon or Kamiak tournaments. We will depart school at 1:45pm.
March 4/5 National Qualifier Tournament, Mukilteo WA: Deadline to sign up is Wednesday, Feb 24th. You must be an NFL member with 25 points before the tournament. This is an elimination tournament. If you are out on Thursday, you will not return to Friday's tournament. We will depart at 2pm Thursday, March 4th.

Mount Vernon Pics
Congrats to 1st place Champ CX'ers Gordon Friedman and Mitsu Gunsolus. Gordon was also first place speaker, and Mitsu was second. They now have a bid to state. Our Squalicum sophomore Oscar Aguirre was 4th place speaker in Novice LD, and would have broken to semis had it not been for the Bye. Here are the pics from this weekend. Practice and other news for Jan 2010
Hello everyone and Happy New Year,
Welcome back from break. Tomorrow we will resume practice for debate, as Sehome High School computer lab from 3:15-4:30pm.
A couple of announcements...
-Please check your Fundbunch site to see if any fundraising has come your way. Keep sending the URL to people who might be interested in donating.
-For Mt. Vernon, they MAY collapse JV and Novice category OR the JV and Open category. So be prepared.
-For Novices: Please note that there are no restrictions to kritiks OR counterplans now. Novices can run ANY kritik, any CP.
-Parents/guardians: We will depart at 2:30pm on the 22nd (Friday) and return that evening, leaving again at 8:20AM on the 23rd.
